This Ontario cottage rental is located on Lasswade Lake, approximately 10 minutes from the Town of Apsley for all your needs. The interior features an open kitchen, dining and living area with four bedrooms and a four piece washroom behind. There are large windows overlooking the lake and a sliding door walkout from the dining area onto the very large deck. There is also a screened in gazebo on the deck with table and chairs -great for outdoor dining! The cottage is very nicely decorated and furnished. The lot is gently sloped from the cottage to the lake and the water is a shallow entry, approximately 2 inches at the shoreline with a typical clay lake bottom that slopes to deeper water as you go out, approximately 5 feet deep at the end of the dock and approximately 8 feet deep at the swim raft. There are only 25 cottages on this lake making this a great spot to relax and enjoy cottage country! General Bdrms: 4 (queen, double, double, double) Bath: 4pc.
